About the Author

Bruce Berman is a business strategist, author, editor and IP observer focused on the impact of intellectual property. In addition to The Intangible Investor he is responsible for the critically acclaimed From Ideas to Assets and three other books on innovation rights and business. Bruce is Managing Director Brody Berman Associates in New York, a communications management firm he founded in 1988 that supports patent, trademark and other IP owners and service providers. He is chairman of the Center for Intellectual Property Understanding, an independent non-profit he founded in 2016. CIPU strives to increase awareness of IP rights and their impact.
